Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible to claim the free 14-day Xbox Game Pass?
This exclusive SPC promotion is valid strictly for new Xbox Game Pass members. If you currently have or have previously held an active Game Pass subscription on your Microsoft account, you will not be able to redeem this specific trial code.
How do I redeem my free Xbox Game Pass student deal?
SPC members can reveal and copy their unique promo code from Xbox offer page and then click the link to be taken straight to the Xbox redemption website. From there, simply log in to your Microsoft account and paste your code to instantly unlock your premium gaming access!
Do I need a credit card to activate the 14-day free trial?
Yes. Microsoft requires a valid payment method on file to successfully activate the trial. Unless you cancel your subscription before the 14-day promotional period ends, your account will automatically renew and be charged the then-current regular membership rate.
Is there an expiration date for my Xbox promo code?
Yes, you must claim and activate your free trial before the promotional window closes. All SPC redemption codes for this specific Xbox offer must be entered and redeemed on the Xbox website by May 31, 2027.
Can I claim this student offer more than once?
No, there is a strict limit of one free 14-day Xbox Premium Game Pass trial per person and per Microsoft account. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers and is subject to the standard Microsoft Services Agreement and Game Pass terms.
