Terms & Conditions of SPC Card use
- SPC Card must be signed immediately.
- To qualify for SPC Card discounts, purchases must be made by the cardholder (or parent, if the student is present and the item is for the student).
- Card sharing is not permitted. Misused cards may be confiscated.
- The SPC Card must be presented at the time of purchase. The SPC Card discount cannot be applied after the transaction has been completed.
- SPC Card membership and benefits are exclusive to students. Members who are 16 years of age and older may be requested to provide valid student ID with their SPC Card (excluding VIP SPC Card holders).
- Retailers have the right to seize your SPC Card if the SPC Card is used by someone:
- Other than the person whose signature appear on the back of the card
- Who is not a student (excludes VIP SPC Cards)
- Participating locations only. Offers may vary. Some restrictions may apply. Check in-store for details or check out the stores and deals.
